How to Manifest
These are the steps to The Modern Manifestor CREATE manifestation process:
C - Clarify Your Desires
Define exactly what you want to manifest.
Be specific and write it down as if it’s already yours.
If you don’t know specifics of the thing, focus on the feelings you want to feel (i.e., freedom to make your own schedule)
Example: "I am so grateful for my thriving business generating $10,000 a month."
R - Release Limiting Beliefs
Identify and eliminate the negative thoughts, fears, or beliefs holding you back.
Use affirmations, scripting, EFT tapping, meditations, and other methods to reprogram limiting beliefs.
Surround yourself with evidence of possibility: Read success stories, surround yourself with high-vibe people, and focus on examples of abundance.
E - Embody the Energy
Match the vibration of your desire through gratitude, joy, and visualization.
Embody the emotions of already having your goal.
Practice self-care and high-vibe activities to stay aligned.
A - Act with Inspired Actions
Take steps toward your goals with excitement and trust.
Listen to your intuition for guidance on what action feels right.
Example: Reaching out for opportunities, starting a project, or creating content.
T - Trust and Let Go
Release attachment to how and when your manifestation will appear.
Trust the universe’s timing and let go of control.
Focus on living your life with faith and joy.
E - Express Gratitude
Show gratitude for what you already have and for the manifestation as if it’s already happened.
Gratitude raises your vibration and accelerates manifestation by shifting your energy from lack to abundance.
Example: "Thank you, universe, for this amazing opportunity!"
